If you have a Desktop Skepe Application the Open it
Click on Don't have a Skype Account.
A screen "Create A New Skype Account" Appear.
Enter your Name Skype Name. Password and an Email Address.
Click On i Agree-Create Account Button.
Other wise go to www.Skype.com and click on Sign in.
Click on Create an Account.
Enter your profile details in the fields provided.
Enter a Skype Name.
Your Skype Name must be between 6 and 32 characters. It must start with a letter.
Enter a password. Password must contain number and character and have 6 to 20 characters.
Click I agree – Continue.
