This tutorial guide you that how can you change the default home page of your blog at blogger's.
In first Step add a Pages gadget in your blog with this you can redirect new page to your blog posts. for this purpose open your Dashboard and then Pages. Select Top Tabs in " Show Pages as " combo box.
Now from Dashboard and from Pages Select New Page and Web Address. Add URL of your blog with a suffix of '/search'.
For example if address is http://mybloglearninghints.blogspot.com then http://mybloglearninghints.blogspot.com/search
You can use any post in your blog as new landing page. But if you have not create a custom landing page so for then create first.
Go to Dashboard and Pages, create a new static page by clicking on New Page Blank Page.
Design the page and create link to the URL that you used in above steps.
Publish your new landing page.
Now open your new page and Note the URL.
Go to Dashboard and Pages. Click 'View' on your new landing page. This is the URL of my new landing page:

Go to Dashboard - Settings - Search Preferences - Errors and redirections - Custom Redirects - Edit, and set following option:
In the 'Form' field, insert a forward slash /
In the 'To' field, insert the part that you've gotten from Step 4
Check the box that says 'Permanent' next to it.
Click 'Save' (the blue link)
Click on 'Save Changes' (the Orange button)
