A multilevel list shows the list items at different levels rather than at one level. as shown below:
To create a multilevel list, follow these steps:
1. Type your list, and then select it.
2. On the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click Multilevel:
3. You can find different styles by clicking the arrow next to Multilevel on the Home tab, in the Paragraph group:
4. Now type your list
Press Tab - To change the Next Level
Press Shift+Tab - To move in previous Level
You can also click on increase indent button for change the next level and also click on decrease indent for To move in previous Level.
