Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals on prescribed forms for the following positions on contract/fixed basis.
1. Assistant Professor (Extractive Metallurgy / Metallurgical Engineering)
2. Lecturer (Extractive Metallurgy / Metallurgical Engineering)
Terms & Conditions: (1).Eligibility Criteria for all the above posts is as per HEC. (2). Applicant must have PEC registration. (3). The applications form can be downloaded from website of Abbottabad University of Science & Technology (www.aust.edu.pk) or can be obtained from the Registrar Office of the University. Only the prescribed application form will be accepted. (4). No column of the application form should be left blank particularly equivalent percentage marks/CGPA, contact numbers (both landline and mobile), postal and email addresses. (5). A bank draft (non-refundable) in favor of Treasurer, Abbottabad University of Science & Technology of Rs. 1500/- for the post of Assistant Professor and Rs. 1000/- for the post of Lecturer should be deposited. Original receipt of bank draft and one photo copy of the same) with attested photocopies of all DMCs, Degrees, Certificates, Experience Certificates, CNIC, research papers and one recent passport size photographs must be attached with the Application Form. Name of the post applied for must clearly be mentioned on envelop Incomplete forms in any respect will not be entertained. (6). The candidates having Foreign Degrees/Certificates will provide valency Certificates from HEC. (7) University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of positions, not to fill any position, withhold the appointment against any advertised position or to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason. (8) Decision of the University shall remain binding in all cases. (9). Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. (10). No TA DA shall be paid for appearing in Interview. (11). Application forms must reach the office of the undersigned on or before September 27, 2021. Note: Errors and Omission, if any, will be rectified by the University.
