1. Assistant Manager Procurement
2. Assistant Manager Procurement will be the first point of contact between suppliers and a business. Will be responsible for the procurement of goods and services by identifying potential supplier sources, screening them and negotiating favorable payment terms. Other duties include monitoring supplier performance and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors in Finance, Supply chain management or any relevant field. 3-4 years of experience of procurement and supply chain management
Skills:
Proficiency in MS-Office Suite, Proficiency in ERP Software, Sound knowledge of Procurement procedures, Analytical Skills.
Key Accountabilities:
Capability to run RFXs (RFI, RFP) with the help of stakeholders and CFT creation i.e. Stakeholder Management in Public Organization. Contract Management expertise in order to review vendor contracts/identify risks/in-depth knowledge on corporate terms. Review vendor contracts to ensure it meets organisational needs and abide by rules as per PPRA & Procurement Manual. Coordinate with Audit and relevant department in the Bid Opening Committee to ensure transparency for any rectifications in the RFQ bids received. Liaise and forward a request to the Bid Committee to seek revised approval in case of under-budgeting of departments. Constant follow-up with vendors, suppliers. Ensure visits to the vendors to perform quality control checks at vendor site prior to dispatch to offices / stadiums Liaise with vendors and rectify any problems that are faced after delivery, e.g. any damage to products, etc.
