Applications are invited from dynamic, dedicated and competent professional (Male /Female) from the Nationals of Pakistan domiciled in the Province of the Punjab for the appointments against the following positions on Regular/TTS/Pay Package/Visiting basis (however TTS positions are open to all Pakistani Nationals) in the University on prescribed proforma available at the University Official Website.
FACULTY POSITIONS (REGULAR)
1. Associate Professor (BPS-20) Computer Science
FACULTY POSITIONS (VISITING)
Visiting Faculty is required for teaching of supporting subjects related to Basic Science and Humanities in Engineering Departments in the following subjects for semester Fall-2022 and Spring-2023:

i. Mathematics ii. Statistics iii. English iv. Pakistan Studies v. Islamic Studies vi. Logical & Critical Thinking vii. Professional Ethics viii. Organizational Behavior ix. Engineering Economics X. Management & Marketing
Remuneration of Visiting Faculty positions will be paid as per approved rates.
Note:
1. Applications duly complete in all respect, along-with application fee (non-refundable) Rs.2000/- for the position mentioned at Serial No.1 in the favor of the Treasurer, UET Taxila must be submitted in the R&I Cell of UET Taxila on or before May 23, 2022 (Monday). No application fee is required for the posts against Serial No.2. Eligible candidates should submit their application forms along with attested copies of educational testimonials (ie Degrees/Certificates, Transcript/DMC) & experience certificates (from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies), copy of CNIC, one recent photograph, valid registration card of PEC (only applicable for degrees in engineering discipline) and original fee deposit receipt. Only those qualification & experience etc will be considered, if valid documentary proof is attached up-to the last date of advertisement. In-service candidates must apply through proper channel. They also submit No Objection Certificate from their concerned departments organizations along with their applications.
Age relaxation will be considered in light of Government/University rules. 7. Only shortlisted candidates for Serial No. 1, who meet the criteria, will be called for tests/ interview. 8. In case of any educational document or any other document provided by the applicants is found incorrect fake at any stage, the candidate will be disqualified immediately. 9. Incomplete applications and those received after the due date shall be rejected without information to the applicant. 10. The University reserves the right to decrease or increase the number of posts as per requirement without assigning any reason. 11. For regular positions, the period of probation can be extended up-to 03 years on the basis of un-satisfactory performance. 12. No TAJDA would be admissible.
