Applications are invited on prescribed form available on university website: www.wumardan.edu.pk, for the following vacant positions on regular basis:
ADMIN POSITIONS:
1. Assistant/Junior Programmer (BPS-16) (No. of Positions-01) (age limit 45)
Qualification: M.Sc. in Computer Science / BCS / BIT (16 years of education) in at least 2nd division. Experienced persons will be given preference
2. Computer Operator (BPS-16) (No. of Positions-04) (age limit 45)
Qualification: MSc./BS in computer Science or Information Technology in at least 2nd Division.
OR Bachelors in at least 2nd division with 1 year DIT from Recognized Board of Technical Education.
3. Accountant (BPS-16) (No. of Positions-05) (age limit 45)
Qualification: MBA/M.Com or equivalent qualifications in at least 2nd division from a recognized University OR B.Com in at least 2nd division from a recognized University with 3 years experience in the relevant field.
4. Assistant (BPS-16) (No. of Positions-04) (age limit 45)
Qualification: Intermediate in at least 2nd division with 10 years satisfactory service with at least 04 year's service as Senior Clerk in the University OR Matric in at least 2nd division with 14 years satisfactory service with at least 04 years' service as Senior Clerk in the University.
5. Assistant Warden (BPS-16) Female only (No. of Positions-01) (age limit 45)
Qualification: Master's Degree or LLB in at least 2nd division from a recognized University
OR Bachelor's degree in at least 2nd division from a recognized University with 3 years experience in hostel management/ administration.
6Senior Clerk (BPS-14) (No. of Positions-04) (age limit 45)
Qualification: Intermediate in at least 2nd division with 5 years satisfactory service as Junior Clerk in the University OR Matric in at least 2nd division with 7 years satisfactory service as Junior Clerk in the University.
6. Junior Clerk (BPS-11) (No. of Positions-10) (age limit 18-30 years)
Qualification: Intermediate in at least 2nd Division or equivalent qualification with a speed of 40 words per minute in typing and adequate computer literacy.
7. Junior Clerk (BPS-11) (No. of Positions-02) (age limit 18-30 years) Minority quota
Qualification: Intermediate in at least 2nd Division or equivalent qualification with a speed of 40 words per minute in typing and adequate computer literacy.
8. Library Assistant (BPS-11) Female only (No. of Positions-01) (age limit 45)
Qualification: Master of Library & Information Sciences in at least 2nd division from a recognized University OR Bachelor of Library & Information Sciences in at least 2nd division from a recognized University with three 3 years relevant experience OR Diploma in Library Science from a recognized Institute/ University with 5 years relevant experience.
9. Sub-Engineer BPS-11 (No. of Positions-01) (age limit 45)
Qualification: Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3 years relevant experience.
10. Lab Assistant for Science lab (Bio) (BPS-07) Female only (No. of Positions-04) (age limit 45)
Qualification: FSc in Pre Medical in at least 2nd Division
11. Lab Assistant Physics lab (BPS-07) Female only (No. of Positions-01) (age limit 45)
Qualification: FSc in Pre engineering in at least 2nd Division
12. Lab Assistant for Computer lab (BPS-07) Female only (No. of Positions-02) (age limit 45) Qualification: FSc in Computer Science in at least 2nd Division

Applicants are required to apply online, through the Women University job portal on apply.wumardan.edu.pk. The hard copy of the online application form along with duly attested photocopies of all DMC, Degrees, Certificates, CNIC, Experience certificates, Publication (if any), two recent passport-size photographs and a challan form/payment deposit slip of and (Rs. 3000/- non-refundable for BPS-16) and (Rs. 2500/- non- refundable for BPS-14) and (Rs. 2000/- non-refundable for BPS-11) and (Rs. 1500/- non-refundable for BPS-07) shall reach the Registrar Office, Women University Mardan, East Canal Road, Mardan on or before 22-03-2023.
Note: Submission of both online and hard copies of the application is mandatory. In case anyone of the two is missing, the application will not be entertained. Incomplete applications and those received after due date will not be entertained.
