An international non-profit organisation is seeking highly qualified professionals for key leadership and procurement roles in Pakistan.
1. Country Finance & Operations Director (CFOD)
Location: Islamabad (Full-time)
Reporting to: Country Director/COP & US Functional Leads.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, operations, and HR management oversight at a senior level within a non-profit.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of international donor rules (USG, BMGF, GAVI) and Pakistan labor/tax laws.
Skills: Advanced MS Excel proficiency and the ability to manage multiple tasks in deadline-driven environments.
Background: Previous International NGO experience in Pakistan is required.
2. Senior Manager Procurement
Location: Karachi (Full-time)
Reporting to: Country Finance & Operations Director (CFOD).
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Master’s in MBA, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience (including 5 years with international donors, preferably US Government-funded health projects).
Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of U.S. Government procurement policies, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation.
Communication: Fluency in English (written/spoken) and proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite.
Travel: Ability to travel frequently in the field.
